Alberto Durá (Sant Joan d’Alacant,
1991) empezó a trabajar como coci-
nero con tan solo 16 años. En 2010 se
incorporó a la cocina de ABaC donde
estuvo hasta 2015. Ese año y con tan
solo 24 años se trasladó a los fogones
del restaurante Angle.

Young but with

Alberto Durá (Sant Joan d’Alacant, 1991)
started working as a cook when he was
only 16 years old. In 2010 he joined the
kitchen of ABaC where he stayed until
2015. That year, and being just 24 years
old, he moved to the kitchen of the Angle
restaurant.
