lated using clinical, genetic and analytical biomarkers. This
allows the Healthy aging program to be personalized,
adapting it to the needs of each guest. The methodology
followed by this program is based on healthy nutrition, di-
gestion and hydration guidelines; constant, moderate and
supervised physical exercise according to cardiorespiratory
capacity; stress; optimization of rest in general and sleep
in particular; hormonal balance; depurative and metabolic
capacity; analysis of the non-specific and adaptive immune
system and the study of genetic predispositions, to prevent
the risk of becoming ill. This global approach allows you to
recover vitality, improve physical appearance and optimize
the general state of well-being at any age.
